4-Year-Old Delivers Hundreds Of Christmas Gifts To Hospitalized Kids
Elliott Hole, a young leukemia patient, delivered over 400 gift bags to children’s hospitals in Kent, England, spreading joy to those spending Christmas in hospital rooms.
The project started with an Amazon Wishlist created by Harley, allowing community members to donate toys, games, and advent calendars. “The support we received was incredible,” Harley said. “We were able to gather so much more than we anticipated.”
The family visited three hospitals — Royal Marsden, Kings College, and Princess Royal University — delivering crates of gifts to patients and staff. “The kids were thrilled, and the nurses couldn’t believe how much we brought,” Harley shared.
Elliott, diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in January 2022, has faced nearly three years of treatment with remarkable strength. “He’s determined and kind-hearted,” Harley said, adding that his resilience inspired their initiative.
Harley emphasized the importance of showing families they’re not alone. “During our hardest days, something like this would have meant the world to us,” she said.
With Elliott nearing the end of his treatment, the family plans to continue this holiday tradition, ensuring more children feel the magic of Christmas.
