Amid the sweeping headlines surrounding the Biden administration, recent revelations underscore a new challenge for the current president. Thanks to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit brought by America First Legal, it has come to light that during his tenure as Vice President, Joe Biden exchanged a staggering 29,000 emails with businesses and accounts associated with his son Hunter and brother Jim.

Specifically, Biden sent or received 19,335 emails from Rosemont Seneca, the investment firm of Hunter Biden. Furthermore, 4,243 emails came directly from Hunter Biden, while Jim Biden accounted for 1,751. An additional 3,738 emails originated from Jim Biden’s Lion Hall Group.

The massive revelation directly counters the narrative repeatedly presented by the Biden White House. They have continuously emphasized that the then-Vice President had no involvement or awareness of his son’s foreign business dealings. Hunter has been under examination regarding potential FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act) violations linked to his work in China, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) responded in light of these revelations, stating, “Joe Biden’s Vice President Office emailed Hunter Biden and Jim Biden businesses OVER 29,000 TIMES! Not his personal email. Biden’s VP email. The Big Guy was definitely involved. Heavily.”

Moreover, through a different FOIA request, the Southeastern Legal Foundation discovered that the National Archives holds roughly 5,400 documents and emails. Within these, Biden is shown using pseudonyms, including JRB Ware, Robin Ware, and Robert L Peters. Testimony from Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Devon Archer, further implicated Joe Biden. Archer mentioned that the elder Biden participated in over 20 speakerphone conversations with Hunter Biden’s business associates. Moreover, Joe Biden was described as “the brand” Hunter was promoting.

America First Legal stated, “These damning numbers further confirm that there was never a wall separating the Office of the Vice President and Hunter Biden’s business endeavors.” They further stressed significant “commingling” between the two entities.

In September, the House Oversight Committee addressed the pseudonym emails, seeking “unrestricted special access under the PRA to Case Number 2022- 0121-F, entitled ‘Records on Hunter Biden, James Biden, and Their Foreign Business Dealings’” available on NARA’s website. The contents of these emails are currently a significant point of contention.

Despite these revelations, Biden administration officials maintain the president’s innocence. In August, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre remarked, “They keep turning up documents and witnesses showing that the president wasn’t involved, never discussed these business dealings, and did nothing wrong. There’s been zero evidence showing otherwise.”

However, with overwhelming evidence pointing to extensive communication, the essential questions remain: What were the topics of these 29,000 emails, and why was there such intensive interaction between the Vice President’s office and Hunter Biden’s business entities?
