“There’s never been anything like this,” she said. “It’s definitely scary.”

Both incidents required significant law enforcement presence, with state troopers and Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies responding in force. In the apartment complex incident, residents were evacuated after fire alarms and sprinkler systems were activated, potentially causing water damage to multiple units.
