Breaking: Comer Releases Statement Claiming Joe Biden Directly Paid By Hunter-Owned Business
In a recently released video with House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY), the congressman announced the release of subpoenaed documents and made a convincing case on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, against President Joe Biden and son Hunter, alleging that regular payments arranged by one of Hunter’s “corporate entities,” Owasco PC — a business known to have taken money from China — were made to the president himself on a monthly basis.
Comer highlighted the many claims made by the Biden administration and their “media allies” that have proven to be false as the investigation has uncovered more and more damning evidence at a surprisingly rapid pace, stating, “Now, Hunter BIden’s legal team and the White House’s media allies claim Hunter’s corporate entities never made payments directly to Joe Biden. We can officially add this latest talking point to the list of lies.”
On the same X post by the House Oversight Committee’s account, the redacted ACH authorization agreements are posted for the public to view.
In a press release published just hours ago, the committee wrote, “The House Oversight Committee has identified over 20 shell companies and uncovered how the Bidens and their associates raked in over $24 million dollars between 2015 and 2019 by selling Joe Biden as ‘the brand.’ Financial records obtained show Hunter Biden’s business account, Owasco PC, received payments from Chinese-state linked companies and other foreign nationals and companies.”
The committee goes on to declare that the president “participated in, and benefited from his family’s influence peddling schemes,” a pattern they assert is clear from the evidence gathered so far in the investigation.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) stated the facts of the breaking story simply: “We now know Hunter Biden’s business entity, Owasco PC, made direct monthly payments to Joe Biden.”
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Piere stated in July that “The president was never in business with his son,” with House Republicans reminding Americans of what would be an enormous mistruth if the allegations made by the House Oversight Committee prove true — and those allegations do seem credible — by posting a video of her making the claim. The post goes on to question the deeper implications of the payments, with the account adding, “Sure seems like Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were in business together. What were they being paid for?”
As evidence continues to be uncovered that implicates the Biden family in serious crimes, including those related to what appears to be the blatant and destructive abuse of office, it remains to be seen whether or not the GOP-led House will be able to take the crosshairs off each other long enough to do something about the current administration and the many negative impacts its policies are having on the country.
