Judges Colluding With Leftist Lawyers To Block Trump’s Mandate

A federal judge’s recent decision to block Trump’s deportation of suspected Venezuelan gang members is the latest example of lawfare being used as a political weapon against the president.
Judge James Boasberg, a known leftist ally, ruled against the administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to remove nearly 300 members of Tren de Aragua, a violent criminal network. His ruling came after lawsuits from the ACLU and Democracy Forward — organizations that have spent years working to dismantle Trump’s America First agenda.
Attorney General Pam Bondi immediately challenged the ruling, arguing that the courts lack jurisdiction over presidential immigration powers. The DOJ has accused Boasberg of abusing his authority and using his bench to interfere with Trump’s constitutional right to protect the nation.
The administration had already begun deporting gang members when Boasberg issued an oral directive to halt the process.
