Leftists Attack Guy Fieri For Being Photographed With Trump
Celebrity chef Guy Fieri is being targeted by the left-wing cancel-culture mob on social media after he shook hands with former President Donald Trump after a photo of the two together went viral.
Since Trump first announced his candidacy for president in 2015, leftits have escalated their attacks on anyone who dares to associate with him — even those who simply pose for photographs with Trump. Even individuals who appear to align with the left, such as Fieri, have been canceled and ostracized for daring to be in the same room as someone they disagree with, like Trump.
The photo of Trump and Fieri shaking hands was taken during the former president’s appearance at the UFC 290 event in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday. During the same event, Trump was seen talking to actor Mark Wahlberg and director Mel Gibson — and shaking hands with popular podcaster Joe Rogan.
Despite being well-known for his pro-gay marriage activism and philanthropy, Fieri received a barrage of hate from the left on social media, who were outraged that he had been cordial to Trump.
“Congratulations to @GuyFieri for completely trashing his brand by gripping & grinning with Trump last night. Your audience/fan base isn’t Trumpers, bruh,” tweeted leftist activist Laura Chapin.
Jack White, a radical leftist who used to be the lead singer of White Stripes, also attacked Fieri in an expletive-laden rant filled with ridiculous allegations against Trump.
“Anybody who ‘normalizes’ or treats this disgusting fascist, racist, con man, disgusting piece of s—t Trump with any level of respect is ALSO disgusting in my book,” White wrote in an Instagram post. “That’s you Joe Rogan, you Mel Gibson, you Mark Wahlberg, you Guy Fieri. This is a statement from me, not a discussion/debate.”
Leftist activist and TikTok influencer Harry Sisson, who has been accused of being a paid shill for President Joe Biden and the Democrats, also condemned Fieri and any other celebrity who dares to be associated with Trump — claiming that even shaking hands with the former president is an attempt to “normalize Trump’s behavior.”
Sisson cited the controversial indictments Trump is facing, along with the political and biased impeachments based on evidence that has since been discredited, as reasons not to associate with him. He also referenced the outrageous civil trial that held Trump liable for attacking a woman 30 years ago, despite there being zero evidence to back up her claims.
Leftists also demanded a boycott of Fieri’s show, tagging the Food Network’s official Twitter account in their demands.
“Hey @FoodNetwork, I knew that Guy Fieri was a bigot, but I didn’t know that he was a Fascist too. Boycott Guy Fieri!” a Twitter user wrote.
