Melania Trump Reveals Barron Trump Was Denied A Bank Account
Former First Lady Melania Trump has revealed that her son Barron was denied the opportunity to open a bank account due to political reasons following the events of January 6. In her new biography Melania, published Tuesday, she discusses the impact of “cancel culture” on her family in the aftermath of the Capitol breach.
Melania explained that she was shocked when her long-time bank terminated her account and refused to allow Barron to open his own account. She stated that the decision appeared to be motivated by political bias, calling it “troubling” and raising concerns about civil rights violations.
The former First Lady also shared how political animosity has affected other aspects of her life. A private equity group that had been supporting one of her media projects backed out of their agreement, citing personal animosity toward Donald Trump as the reason for terminating the partnership.
Melania further discussed her “Fostering the Future” scholarship program, aimed at supporting foster children. She claimed that a tech-education company ended its partnership with her due to her association with the Trump family, despite her willingness to avoid public affiliation with the program. The decision, she said, disregarded the foster children the collaboration could have helped.
Despite these setbacks, Melania expressed that Barron is doing well at New York University’s Stern School of Business. She shared on Fox News that Barron enjoys his classes and professors and is adjusting well to life in New York City, despite the political challenges he has faced.
