As Nevada voters prepare to decide on critical ballot measures this November, a flood of left-wing dark money is pouring in to shape the state’s future. The top two issues — abortion and ranked-choice voting — are the focus of progressive groups pushing for major changes to the state constitution.

Leading the charge on abortion is Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom, a group advocating for the passage of Question 6. Their goal is to cement a “fundamental right to abortion” into the state constitution. Campaign finance reports show that they’ve raised over $6 million, with massive donations from groups like the Advocacy Action Fund and the Tides Foundation.

Meanwhile, another significant effort is underway to pass Question 3, which would introduce ranked-choice voting into Nevada’s election system. Critics argue that this system is designed to benefit left-wing candidates in Republican districts. The pro-RCV group Yes on 3 has raised nearly $14 million, backed by progressive organizations such as Unite America.

While left-wing money is flowing in to support these measures, opposition from Nevada’s political establishment is growing. Both Republicans and Democrats are voicing concerns over the impact these proposals could have on the state.
