Archer Confirms Joe Biden On Speakerphone During Hunter’s Foreign Business Calls

Hunter Biden’s business partner, Devon Archer, finally testified before Congress on Monday. In his closed-door testimony, Archer reportedly told House investigators that then-Vice President Joe Biden was present on speakerphone over 20 times with Hunter’s foreign business associates to sell “the brand.”

Archer revealed in his testimony that one of those phone calls included a dinner in China with Jonathan Li of Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) — a company that both Hunter Biden and Archer held interest in through a shell company called Rosemont Seneca Thornton.

He went on to confirm that Joe Biden had attended a business dinner with Hunter and other business associates — including Yelena Baturina, the billionaire ex-wife of Moscow’s longtime mayor — at Café Milano in Washington, D.C., in 2014.

Baturina is the same Russian oligarch who was curiously absent from the list of Russian oligarchs being sanctioned by the Biden administration in light of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Both President Biden and White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to comment on the matter when questioned about it in the past.

Republican investigators also previously revealed that Baturina had transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton on February 14, 2014.

Archer — who joined the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma at the same time as Hunter Biden in 2014 — also testified that Burisma’s co-founder Mykola Zlochevsky and Burisma executive Vadym Pozharski had put pressure on Hunter in December 2015 to get help from Washington, D.C., to put a stop to investigations into the company by Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

This was the same prosecutor that Joe Biden openly bragged about getting fired in the infamous video from 2018 — noting in the clip that he leveraged U.S. loan guarantees to get Ukraine to fire Shokin.

Archer revealed that Hunter, alongside Zlochevsky and Pozharski, had “called D.C.” to discuss the legal situation. Biden, Zlochevsky, and Pozharski had allegedly been on that call.

“Devon Archer’s testimony today confirms Joe Biden lied to the American people when he said he had no knowledge about his son’s business dealings and was not involved,” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) said in a statement.
