Several of the illegal aliens caught on video brutally beating New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers have been arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Phoenix, Arizona.

A group of criminal illegal aliens was caught on video beating two NYPD officers near Times Square on Saturday at approximately 8:30 p.m. local time. The incident began when the officers told the group loitering in the street to move along, prompting a fight. While the two officers attempted to arrest one of the illegal aliens, the rest began punching and kicking the officers in the head. Both NYPD officers were treated at the scene after sustaining cuts to the face, bruising throughout their bodies and other minor injuries.

Police were later able to arrest four of the illegal aliens, who were identified as 19-year-old Darwin Andres Gomez, 19-year-old Kelvin Servat Arocha, 21-year-old Juarez Wilson and 24-year-old Yorman Reveron, 24, according to the New York Post. Another three of the attackers have since been arrested and were identified as 22-year-old Jhoan Boada, 21-year-old Jandry Barros and 24-year-old Yohenry Brito.

However, the suspects were all released without bail by notoriously soft-on-crime Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg — who claimed that footage of the attack wasn’t enough to hold them because law enforcement could not “conclusively identify each defendant.”

Gomez, Arocha, Wilson and Reveron reportedly fled for California after being released.

Sources within ICE have since told Fox News that the suspects were arrested again on Monday night by ICE agents and Homeland Security Investigations at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix.

“Per multiple ICE sources to me & colleague @GriffJenkins, ICE & HSI arrested several of the illegal immigrants believed to be involved in the mob beating of two NYPD officers at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix, AZ this evening. We’ve reached out to ICE for a formal statement & are told we likely won’t get further details until tomorrow. Developing situation,” Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin reported in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

In a subsequent statement about the arrests shared by Melugin, ICE declared that four people “believed to be fleeing the state of New York from their suspected involvement in a coordinated assault on multiple NYPD officers” were apprehended while traveling to a bus station in Phoenix and were taken into custody by ICE for immigration violations.

Meanwhile, Bragg’s shocking decision to release the illegal aliens without bail has even prompted concern from far-left New York Gov. Kathy Hochul — who pointed out that attacking a police officer is “certainly” an act that would make an individual “bail eligible.”

“There are over 100 crimes that also can lead to deportation, and so that is also something I want to have a conversation with the district attorney about — his options here,” Hochul added during the press conference.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) also recently acknowledged that some of the illegal aliens that have come to New York City are engaging in crime, including a “robbery pattern.”

“Do I believe that there are some migrants who are committing crimes in the city? Yes. Yes,” the Democrat mayor told a reporter who asked him about the issue.

However, Adams then tried to dismiss the problem — pointing out that people from “all walks of life” commit crimes, ignoring the fact that these specific crimes would not have happened if immigration laws and border security were enforced.

“There are people who are committing crimes in all walks of life. It’s not just migrants and asylum seekers. I think that we have a number of migrants who have committed crimes. We have a number of non-migrants who are committing crimes,” he said.
