In a move intended to battle the constant influx of illegal migrants, police officers are reportedly funneling them onto trains headed to New York City the moment they arrive in New Jersey on buses.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) recently issued an executive order in an attempt to crack down on the buses filled with illegal aliens being sent to the city, most of which are being sent by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) as part of his plan to both alleviate the burden placed on border towns by President Joe Biden’s border crisis and to force Democrats in “sanctuary cities” to experience the consequences of their policies. The order places new restrictions on the time of day that buses filled with illegal aliens can arrive, the location they can drop illegals off and number of buses allowed to transport illegals in New York City.

In response, Abbott has begun sending those buses to New Jersey, where the illegal aliens immediately board trains that will take them to their final destination in New York City. According to reports, buses guided by “chaperones” have been arriving in New Jersey since Adams’ order went into effect — where they are met with NJ Transit officers, who immediately help the “chaperones” to funnel illegal aliens into transportation to New York City.

With the system in place to aid transportation, very few of the illegal aliens have reportedly chosen to remain in New Jersey — as reports indicate that 953 out of 1,017 illegal aliens who have arrived in New Jersey since Saturday have moved on to Manhattan.

Adams has been pleading with New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D) to implement similar restrictions and take in more illegal aliens to alleviate the burden on New York City. He has also demanded that Murphy adhere to his new rules, asking him to provide stringent notice and drop-off spots for the buses — but Murphy has not acquiesced to any of the demands.

“NYC is where there is federal support and resources available,” the Democrat governor said. “This is a manageable situation, and I expect it will continue to be so.”
