Obama Snaps At Protesters During Extravagant Biden Fundraiser
During a fundraiser for President Joe Biden on Thursday night, former President Barack Obama snapped at protesters who dared to interrupt him.
While former President Donald Trump was attending a funeral for a police officer killed in the line of duty, Biden spent his day at an extravagant fundraiser in New York City’s Radio City Music Hall featuring out-of-touch celebrities and former presidents.
Pro-Palestine protesters repeatedly interrupted the fundraiser to lash out at Biden over his support for Israel. While Biden has expressed some support for the Jewish state, he has repeatedly sided with Gaza on numerous occasions, including recently refusing to veto a ceasefire resolution at the United Nations. However, this support for Gaza is not enough for these radical activists, as they believe any support for Israel, no matter how tepid, is not acceptable. In fact, a significant number of the pro-Palestine protesters don’t even believe Israel should be allowed to exist.
During one of the interruptions, the radical activists screamed “Shame on you Joe Biden” and declared that he had “blood on your hands.”
Another woman was seen blowing a whistle and holding up a “war pig” sign.
Protesters outside of the fundraiser were heard chanting “F— Joe Biden” and using the radical left’s new nickname for Biden, “Genocide Joe.”
“Genocide Joe has got to go!” activists chanted in a video clip posted to X, formerly known as Twitter.
There were a total of six interruptions as Biden, Obama and former President Bill Clinton sat for a panel moderated by leftist “comedian” Stephen Colbert.
After one of the last interruptions, Obama snapped at the protesters, telling them, “You can’t just talk, you have to listen,” according to a post from Reuters reporter Jeff Mason.
Biden also reportedly addressed the protesters during the event, stating: “There are too many innocent victims, Israeli and Palestinian. We’ve got to get more food and medicine supplies into the Palestinians.”
The fundraiser was expected to bring in $25 million for Biden’s campaign. The president falsely framed the event as a “grassroots fundraiser,” despite the fact that it was filled with political elites and celebrities — one of whom pointed out that the price tag for attendance was astronomical.
Actress Mindy Kaling, who hosted the event, joked: “It is such an honor to be in this room with so many rich people.”
“People are paying up to $500,000 to be here tonight,” she continued, adding: “For that kind of money at an RNC fundraiser, you get to be Secretary of State.”
Meanwhile, Trump spent the same evening at a wake held for New York City police officer Jonathan Diller — who was murdered during a traffic stop by a suspect with 21 prior arrests.
Trump campaign communications director Steven Cheung issued a strong statement comparing the two presidents’ priorities on Thursday night — calling Biden, Obama and Clinton “The Three Stooges” and condemning them for hanging out with “out-of-touch celebrity benefactors” instead of showing their support for the fallen officer who gave his life protecting Americans.
“President Trump will be honoring the life and legacy of Officer Diller and paying respects to his family, friends, and the NYPD for their terrible loss,” Cheung told Breitbart News. “Meanwhile, the Three Stooges—Biden, Obama, and Clinton—will be at a glitzy fundraiser in the city with their elitist, out-of-touch celebrity benefactors.”
