Investigative journalist James O’Keefe released a bombshell exposé on Wednesday from a sting operation, where O’Keefe spoke with a White House official while in disguise and was able to uncover shocking insights from inside the White House — including confirmation of President Joe Biden’s mental decline and growing sentiment that Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris should be replaced.

O’Keefe explained in the video that he had dyed his hair and wore fake glasses to disguise his identity, as he is well known for his undercover journalism and easily recognizable. Even with the new look, he would have been recognizable to most of his followers, but White House Executive Office cybersecurity policy analyst and Foreign Affairs desk officer Charlie Kraiger did not appear to suspect that he was being filmed.

In the undercover exposé, O’Keefe appeared to be on a date with Kraiger, having drinks at a restaurant in the Washington, D.C., area, with cameras positioned with a group sitting a few tables away and on O’Keefe’s wrist.

“Not only did he not recognize me, he sang like a bird,” O’Keefe said in presenting the roughly 13-minute video published to X, formerly known as Twitter.

Responding to casually stated questions from O’Keefe, Kraiger admitted that the concerns about Biden’s cognitive decline are correct, declaring that “Biden is definitely slowing down.”

He also explained that there is widespread sentiment within the White House that the vice president should be replaced on Biden’s re-election ticket, but officials are concerned that doing so would cause an uproar, so they are essentially keeping Harris as Biden’s running mate because of her race and gender despite declining approval numbers.

Kraiger explained that Harris “hemorrhages black staff. She can’t keep black staff. They quit on her en masse.”

“She will be the vice president nominee,” he added. “There was a debate about removing her from the ticket, but sadly they didn’t, she’s not popular, but you can’t remove the first black lady to be vice president from the godd—n presidential ticket. Like what kind of message are you going to send to like African-American voters…People would be like, ‘What the f—k?’ Like she’s a woman and she’s multiracial.”

He also noted that many within the White House have expressed that they wish to “get rid of” Biden from the ticket, but they know it would be difficult to do so.

“I’m just telling you what I’ve heard… they’re really concerned about it,” Kraiger told O’Keefe, later adding: “I think they need to get rid of him or her.”

“But no one in modern history has ever said, like, ‘We’re not going to renominate the president for a second term,’” he continued.

Kraiger also dispelled rumors that Biden could be replaced with former first lady Michelle Obama, telling O’Keefe that he overheard a discussion in 2011 while serving as a White House intern under former President Barack Obama where she “emphatically” declined a future presidential run.

“Someone asked her, ‘Will you ever run for office?’ And she said, ‘No’ emphatically. She was like, ‘I’ve seen all this s—t my husband has had to go through and that does not interest me,’” he said.

Near the end of the video, O’Keefe is seen taking off his glasses and revealing his identity to Kraiger. He then pressed the White House official to explain to the American people what kind of message is sent when a cybersecurity-focused official is so open about all of these private deliberations to a total stranger, who turns out to be the founder of now-defunct undercover journalism outfit Project Veritas.

In reporting on the exposé later in the video, O’Keefe explains that Kraiger has since scrubbed his social media footprint. Prior to deleting his LinkedIn profile, it showed employment in the Executive Office of the President since December 2020 and prior experience working at the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development.

O’Keefe has teased a follow-up report for Thursday with continued confrontation of Kraiger. Meanwhile, days before the bombshell report came out, O’Keefe posted about part 2 of his “DC SWAMP EXPOSED” series, explaining that he is “not suicidal” but “not afraid to die” for his undercover work.
