Despite his far-left positions on issues like climate change, Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is nonetheless popular within some conservative circles for his opposition to vaccine mandates and government censorship.

He has also received some bipartisan support for his stance on U.S. military intervention in Ukraine’s war with Russia.

While America’s support of the Ukrainian military was initially sold as a humanitarian mission, Kennedy asserted that the actual impact has been to extend the war.

“That is the opposite of a humanitarian mission,” he said during an interview in June. “That is a mission about a war of attrition in which the people dying are Ukrainians.”

The ongoing conflict is not Kennedy’s only critique about U.S. involvement in Ukraine, however, as he explained during an interview with former Fox News Channel personality Tucker Carlson.

Appearing on Carlson’s social media program, Kennedy railed against the presence of American-sponsored biolaboratories in Ukraine.

Months after U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland seemed to acknowledge the presence of such labs during congressional testimony last year, the Pentagon confirmed their existence.

Kennedy insists that the American people deserve to know the purpose for these facilities, and he believes he has the answer.

“We have biolabs in Ukraine because we’re developing bioweapons,” he told Carlson. “And those bioweapons are using all kinds of new synthetic biology, and CRISPR technology, and genetic engineering techniques that were not available to the previous generation and they can make frightening, frightening stuff.”

Claiming that the Pentagon has been increasingly funding bioweapon research since shortly after the 9/11 attacks, he laid out the ramifications of engaging in their development.

“Now when you do bioweapons, every bioweapon needs a vaccine … because in 100% of the cases, when you deploy a bioweapon, there’s blowback, your side also gets sick,” he said.

Kennedy’s contrarian views have made him a frequent target of verbal attacks and even threats to his safety from political foes. He told Carlson that he receives “a lot of death threats,” noting that an individual was recently able to enter his home and made it to the second story before authorities were alerted to the intrusion.

Despite the ongoing threats, Kennedy’s request for Secret Service protection was reportedly denied by the Biden administration.
