A new report has revealed that non-governmental organizations (NGOs), including Catholic Charities, have hired police officers in San Antonio, Texas, to guard illegal alien facilities and essentially facilitate the smuggling of illegal immigrants at the U.S.-Mexico border.

The news came from Tenet Media reporter Tayler Hansen, who explained that San Antonio police officers had been caught in uniform, driving their work vehicles while aiding and abetting illegal immigration as a side gig to supplement their income.

“The officers are seen wearing their official SAPD uniforms, driving work vehicles and holstering their service weapons while accepting money from alleged Cartel sponsored NGOs to guard the facility and check illegal migrants wristbands upon entry,” Tenet Media wrote in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, sharing a clip of Hansen’s reporting from the Migrant Resource Center in San Antonio, TX.

Upon being approached by Hansen on video, the officers responded “no comment” to his questions.

“These NGOs claim they’re not paying for migrant’s flights, but the migrants are saying the exact opposite,” Hansen told two officers at the facility.

“Why are you not investigating this for human smuggling because they’re paying for these migrants’ flights?” the reporter asked.

“No comment,” one officer responded.

In a statement to The Post Millennial, Hansen revealed that one of the NGOs involved in facilitating this human smuggling operation is Catholic Charities.

Both officers in Hansen’s footage could be seen in uniform with holstered weapons, despite the fact that they were allegedly not working in their normal job for the local government at the time. Their police vehicles were also at the scene.

“So, you have these two gentlemen up front helping human smugglers as they’re on police force in their official capacity but taking money on a side gig,” Hansen said in the video. “Allowing human smuggling to happen when they should be investigating what is human smuggling into America.”

The Tenet Media reporter continued to question the officers, one of whom identified his badge number as #2213 and had the name Mcel Wain on his uniform. The other officer refused to state his name or show his badge. Wain told Hansen that he needed to exit the facility through the gate, giving him a warning about trespassing.

“Facilitating human smuggling of migrants into America and he’s mad that I’m past this little line right here,” Hansen responded.

In earlier reporting on the same illegal alien facility, one police officer confirmed to Tenet Media that he had been engaged in contract work for NGOs to provide security for illegal aliens as they were being dropped off at the San Antonio airport to be transported across the United States.
