New information is reportedly coming out pertaining to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s unprecedented raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home last year.

An investigation launched by a judicial watchdog called America First Legal (AFL), revealed that the FBI secured access to NARA records via a “special access request” initiated by the Biden White House on behalf of the Department of Justice.

“On August 8, 2022, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) conducted an unprecedented raid of Mar-a-Lago on the ground that potentially classified records existed there. According to press reports, Biden Administration aides were “stunned” to hear of this development,” AFL posted in a press release. “However, new NARA records obtained through America First Legal’s investigation into the circumstances surrounding the Mar-a-Lago raid further confirmed that the FBI obtained access to these records through a ‘special access request’ from the Biden White House on behalf of the Department of Justice (DOJ).”

Numerous prominent political commentators, including Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton, have referred to the various actions taken by the FBI against Trump as a “seditious conspiracy.”

“Obama knew, Clinton knew, Biden knew, Comey knew, Brennan knew, McCabe knew, Strzok knew, Clapper knew, Schiff knew, the FBI knew, the DOJ knew, the CIA knew, the State Department knew… they all knew Trump was innocent… they spied on him anyway,” Fitton proclaimed during a speech he delivered at the Conservative Political Action Conference.

He added, “Worse than Watergate. Trump is a crime victim, let’s remember that.”

The AFL alleged that the Biden White House collaborated with the DOJ to receive Trump records and potentially even set up the FBI to commence a raid under the guise of a “special access request.”

Also uncovered by the organization is that the National Archives and Records Administration’s (NARA) Office of the Inspector General was not fully candid about the White House’s part in the FBI raid, being misleading on the matter at best. AFL has since called on NARA to release any records it has surrounding the Biden administration’s participation in what many say amounted to a politically motivated raid of former President Trump’s residence.

“The evidence suggests that the ostensibly nonpartisan National Archives and Records Administration misled Congress about the Biden White House’s responsibility for the FBI’s raid of former President Trump’s home,” commented Reed D. Rubinstein, Senior Counselor and Director of Oversight and Investigations. “The evidence further suggests that Biden officials in the Executive Office of the President and the Department of Justice unlawfully abused their power and then lied about it to the American people. This government, it seems, acknowledges no limits on its power to harass, intimidate, and silence its political opponents.”
