Social media influencer and writer Oil London told Breitbart News that China is using TikTok to weaken young people and convert them to radical gender ideology.

London underwent 32 operations to transition from a White male to a Korean female and has a massive global following. He said the Chinese platform imposes harsh restrictions on anyone critical of transgenderism while promoting positive messages for its followers.

Videos that support radical gender ideology regularly receive millions or even billions of views on TikTok.

Many of the postings work to tone down the horror of the scars left by mutilative surgeries on young people.

Meanwhile, TikTok is a tool, London charged in the interview, with which enemies of the U.S. target the youth. It persuades them that they are undergoing gender identity struggles and the trans lifestyle is the path to freedom.

Interestingly, London told the outlet that Christianity may be the cure for these young people attracted to the promises of the transgender lifestyle. He said they have an emptiness that radical gender ideology and a fawning media make them believe is the answer to their problems.

A critical New York Post report revealed the danger TikTok poses to impressionable young people.

Ash Eskridge told the Post that when she was 13, influencers on the popular app convinced her that she was transgender. The Montana teenager bought into the narrative that transitioning to the opposite gender “saved their lives.”

And as she and the rest of the country emerged from the pandemic, she decided that it was the right time to “transition.”

Eskridge said the videos shared on the platform “brainwashed” her into believing that her life would be better as a male. She said that the demographic targeted by TikTok influencers is primarily young girls aged 12 to 14.

At this stage, she believed early teenagers are not mature enough to handle such questions. The regretful young woman shared with the Post that she believed that only perhaps 1% of teens on TikTok identifying as transgender are genuine.

The rest, she asserted, are influenced by the social media platform into believing their lives are not fulfilled. Stuck at home due to pandemic lockdowns and convinced by a Chinese app that she was the wrong gender, Eskridge embarked on what she described as an “unnatural” path.

With the support of her parents, she detransitioned and now lives as a happy 16-year-old girl.
